OVER ONZE SERVICES
Convert Brands biedt e-commerce services voor boetiekjes:
- Shopify webshop setup & design
- Website optimization
- Meta Ads management
- Product photography (optional)

GRATIS DISCOVERY CALL
- 30 minuten gratis kennismaking
- Geen verplichtingen
- We geven advies zonder contract

ENGAGEMENT & PRICING
- Pricing wordt gegeven na discovery call
- Prijs afhankelijk van project scope
- Payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% at completion
- Invoices sturen we per email

PROJECT TIMELINE
- Setup takes 4-8 weeks (afhankelijk van feedback speed)
- We update je wekelijks op voortgang
- Delays kunnen voorkomen door late client feedback

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- If you cancel before we start: full refund
- If we're 25% done: 75% refund (minus our costs)
- If we're 50% done: 50% refund
- If we're 75%+ done: no refund (work is substantial)

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely delivery of required assets (photos, text, branding)
- Clear communication about changes/revisions
- Final decision-making on website launch

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- You own the final website/webshop
- You own your content
- We retain rights to show your project in portfolio (with permission)

LIABILITY
- We're not responsible for server downtime (Shopify's responsibility)
- We're not responsible for lost sales/revenue
- We work to best practices but cannot guarantee results

SUPPORT AFTER LAUNCH
- Basic support included (1 month after launch)
- Extended support available as separate package
- Emergency support: contact us directly

COMMUNICATION
- We respond to emails within 24 business hours
- Meetings via Calendly/calls/in-person (location: Leuven area)
